Canadians have no respect for the cold

It's minus 20 outside. There's a guy wearing flip flops in the mothereffing SNOW.

This is my friend in way to little clothing feeling slightly embarrassed that I said "stand still I wanna take a photo and show my dad".

The name?
I used to live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada right now. Guy Maddin described Winnipeg as being located on "the forks beneath the forks".
